Our Preschool Room focuses on preparing children for a smooth and confident transition into primary school.
Through a balance of structured learning and child-led play, we help children develop the skills they need for school readiness. This includes recognising and writing their names, identifying the first sounds and letters, developing early literacy and numeracy skills, following routines, listening to instructions, and building friendships.
We place a strong emphasis on independence, encouraging children to manage everyday tasks with confidence, make their own choices, and take responsibility for their learning. By the time children leave our preschool, they are supported to be fully toilet trained (where developmentally appropriate), confident, independent learners who are excited and well prepared for starting school.
